For a few months now I've been going through the files system in most of my games and extracting models / music / movies / etc. I went to go get the music from Excite Bots today and noticed that the developers have left everything a complete mess and put EVERY file in the root of the partition. Now, I can only guess where the music is stored, but it's probably in "music.res"
. I've noticed multiple other games use this format for other things than just music. It also seems to originate (or extend to) the "brres" files found in games like Brawl and Smooth Moves. In both of these games they serve as an archive and I wanted to know how I could go about opening these .res files. Please don't tell me to download the music from somewhere online, if it is available, because this is a learning experience (lol). They do not open in SSBBExtract.
