Homebrew Extract savegames from 3DS Cartridges

Hello!

I was wondering, if there is a possibility, to extract the saves from 3DS Cartridges.
Specifically Xenoblade Chronicles 3D and Fire Emblem Awakening.

Is there a Homebrew or something for that? Or is that a lost cause?
