Hacking Extract Save File Nocopy Directory

I'm running into some trouble repacking save files that contain a Nocopy directory. Excluding it makes it corrupt, but including it makes it unable to be unpacked again.

Any help?

The save was unpacked by FE100, modified, repacked, and copied back to the Wii.

I'm not having an issue with the NoCopy flag, but rather the No Copy directory and nocopy.dat that are included in the save.

FE100 fails to pack that directory for some reason.
