Sometimes I go to sleep at 7pm, sometimes I go to sleep at 12am
Sometimes I wake up at 7am, sometimes I wake up at like 3am

Somedays I going through the Night and fell asleep aroung 1:00 PM.
Somedays I go at 11:00 PM to sleep and wakeup I the middle of the Morning 3-4:00 AM
Normal "Duty" is near impossible at the Moment.........Circumstances (and I do not mean the Virus...)

My sleep pattern is about normal.....which is to say absolute **** thanks to insomnia.
