Hacking Even my own channels don't work for Neogamma R7

Hello,

I'm trying to make a channel for Neogamma R7. I use it to load backups via USB.

I tried various channels and even made my own in WADder, but it when I try to start the channel it always gives me a black screen!
This while Neogamma runs fine from HBC.

I tried to install the channel(s) from Wad Manager 1.4, with the loaded IOS set to 249.

Can anybody help me with this?

Weren't you the guy who downgraded his boot2v4 Wii and couldn't even launch anything in HBC due to a broken IOS36?

You are lucky the downgrade did not brick your Wii, now restore ALL IOS, and everything will work again. Get the IOS Wads with NUS Downloader and install them. Skip IOS36 and the system menu IOS.

I already did, and everything is working since I figured out what everything was

Just followed xzero's Simplistic Mod.

But the only thing that isn't working now are forwarding channels.
I also tried one for USB Loader GX and it also gave me a black screen after pressing START.

All the apps I tried Forwarding Channels for ARE working via HBC.

Do there have to be certain IOS installed for forwarding to work? Out of the ordinary?

To me it sounds like you did not reinstall all clean IOS. If reinstalling IOS35 helps, you proved i'm right.

Well, I just followed the Simplistic Mod guide, and there wasn't anything in there about IOS35.

How do I reinstall it? Just use WM, choose IOS249 and install it from the wad folder on my SD card?

Or do I have to downgrade it or something?

I really don't want to ruin anything yet AGAIN...
