Yes, i have the latest firmware
Yes, the savegame is at flash 4Mb (I put it like that to try it up and then i discovered here that was the way to go

)
BUT everytime i play the game quite some time change the game and then return to zelda, the data becomes corrupt. Is this a problem of the card? Or it can be a problem of the game?

Okay, I will explain you the way N-Card saving works:

When you've saved somethink and turned off the DS, Save file will be saved in the SRam of the N-Card first, this SRam needs a battery which should be normaly rechargeable... it seems that your's broken~
So- after writing the sav to the SRam, the Save will be written to the .sav file >during the next start of the N-Card< (when you start the N-Card you will find some status lines on the top screen like "writing save file").

You could try to get a replacement-

But it is possible to restart the N-Card directly after turned it off, so the save will be written before the battery goes out~

But why it happens only on some games (zelda, pokemon diamond (i dont know if its because another problem) and resident evil ds)? And why not on megaman zx, this weekend i've been playing mostly megaman zx and when i returned to zelda the savegame was broken, all the other savegames of the card, are fine

Hmm, I don't know.
I think 2mb/4mb is broken on your card :x
You could try to downgrade your Firmware, but I don't know if it will change anythink

Hmm.. I don't know :x

But, besides of your other problem (http://gbatemp.net/index.php?showtopic=64633) , maybe somethink with your filesystem is damaged, try to fully format it, maybe it will solve both problems.

(DO NOT FORMAT IT ON WINDOWS !
Insert Slot2 Writer & Slot1 Card, press L+R+Select+START+UP.
Turn on your DS still holding L+R+Select+START+UP until a screen comes.
It will take about an hour I think~

Backup your files before !!!

Then i'll have to copy only the roms and .sav's or all the backed up files?

EDIT: Time to do some work while it's formatting, btw, i had to start the slot 1 with the nose because i had all the fingers busy

I think I had the same problem. Here's what I think happened:

1. You loaded the Zelda game without putting the save size to 4mb
2. The game creates a corrupt save
3. You restart the DS and the n-card is unable to process the savegame.
4. You changed the save type to 4mb but it was already too late
5. Now every time you start your DS, n-card tries to backup a corrupt save, which fails, which makes the entire savegame functionality on the cart buggy.

Here's what I did to fix it. Remove Zelda' save, and remove LASTSAVE.SDB from the DSYSTEM folder. Now start the DS, make sure the save type is on 4mb and start the game.
