ROM Hack Europe Plugin to USA Plugin

So I found a Europe version of the plugin for Steel Diver Sub wars for the Nintendo 3DS. I loaded the .plg file with NTR and the green splash appeared. I went online and none of the cheats seem to work correctly. Is there anyone that can change this plugin so it can work with the US?

those type of files dont work like that. you need one thats already compiled with the USA addresses for the game

google. Ive never needed that games plugins before. So I dont have anything of it anywhere.

Nevermind, I got it to work. I just had to enable cheats with X+Y.
