Hardware EUR N3DS Doesn't Update

So, when I try to update my N3DS, it stars the update and downloads a little bit of the update, but then it just stops. It doesn't give me an eror, and the console doesn't freeze either, the download bar just... stops. I tried turning the system off and on again, but when I try to update, I get the same thing. Over and over and over.
also if it helps it has the latest luma, and before doing the update I had un-region changed my 3DS. (AKA i had region changed it beforehand, but I undid that with a NAND Backup).

Now it updated fine. Weird.

When system updating becomes stuck,

• FBI → Pending Titles → ################ → Delete

, then try updating again possibly on a different internet connection.
