I love Valkyria Chronicles, but if story missions were replayable on your first playthrough, it would have been better. Skirmishes are not enough...

Burnout Paradise, great racing game.
Super Street Fighter II Turbo HD Remix, brings back good memories

Street Fighter IV, while not everyone will find it easy, it's great if you are into fighters.
