Hi there,

I am using an N3DS with sysNAND 9.2, CFW RXtools 2.6 with emuNAND 9.5.0-28U. I also have ctrbootmanager.

So I've been trying to get eShop access on my emuNAND. I think my NNID is already linked to my emuNAND, since the eshop always asks me to sign in with it, and NNID settings bring up the login for my account (I get an update nag on both).

I've read and followed instructions on threads such as this one to get eShop access on my CFW, but I get an update nag every time. Here is what I have done so far:

I've installed (in emuNAND) Cver and Nver on NAND, HBL on SD, and FMP. Using FMP to get into NNID or eShop has not worked, and I get the update nag. Here recently, using FMP makes eShop hang on the 3DS loading screen.

I've tried the other option as well, which is to boot into emuNAND, then use HB to use HANS and open emuNAND's eShop that way, but it always hangs on a yellow screen.

I don't think I've missed anything, but can anyone enlighten me?

Thanks for reading.

you could just update through system setings, but remember to make sure to be on emunand.
or use bbm L+R+A to install all cias on the 10.7 update folder.
You also need to have the two set of keys on the sd card.

Just make sure you are in emunand, then you can update through system settings.
If you are afraid then do an emunand backup first.

I updated emuNAND via system settings. I'm getting the 022-2634 error, which probably means my NNID isn't linked despite the login prompt. I read this is because the N3DS is not linked to the NNID on the Nintendo side. There are some good threads that describe how to fix this issue, but if I'm going to go through the trouble of reformatting and stuff, I might as well just install the arm9 exploit and go from there.

Thanks for your help, everyone!

Well, since you have emuNAND installed already, I think reformating is a much easier way than install AL9H.
Anyway, it's up to your choice.
