ROM Hack Errors everywhere

Whenever I try to open my Pokemon Diamond hacked rom in an editing program, I get runtime errors, and other errors, the only ones that I can use are the ones that use narc files to get the information. I think by either editing the text, or the sprites, I've stuffed up all the hex values.

Is there any way to get it back to normal, without having to start again?

There's no errors while playing, and yes I did make a backup, but it always ends up like this.
