I'm trying to perform a system transfer for a DSiWare downgrade. Every time I try, I get error 014-0062 on the source 3DS. I've tried on multiple WiFi access points, with full strength signals. Every other internet app works. The console is not banned, and it's on 11.2.
I've deleted all apps except steeldiver and exidia, including tickets. (I left system apps installed of course). This includes updates/DLC, saves, and homebrew. I reinjected H&S into the H&S app.
