Hacking error loading home brew list

"If you are using the Homebrew Channel then extract the homebrew_browser directory from the archive in your apps directory into the root of your SD card."
I did this and ran it through HBC and loaded it but it keeps saying "
"network initialise could not creat sd: apps/homebrew
sd card mounted
unable to mount usb devise
browser check passed
requesting ip address succesfully retrieved
failed to receive home brew list
failed to receive home brew list



then it just brings me back to HBC Please help.

Im a noobI did not soft mod this myself. What do you mean by this please?

sounds like it cant write to the sd card, so either the protection tab on the sd is turned on or it needs to be formated

thank you the protection tab was on! It seems to be loading now. This stuff is really confusing.

do alot of reading about homebrew and hardware and it becomes very easy to do
