Hardware Error Code 2162-0002 when play The Elder Scrolls V

I added mod to the nsp installed at the beginning, then I renamed the mod file and started the software, but I quit during loading, and then restarted the software after restarting, and an error was reported.

Then, I tried to installed reinstall,installed xci, deleted save data or change account. But no one work.

Try deleting any custom themes like NXTheme if you have them installed.

Thanks.But after I uninstalled the theme, it was useless, and then I deleted 0100000000001000, but it didn’t work, just the same as before.
