Gaming Error code: 009-4998

I got this error code when entering the theme shop and attempted to enter a download code for a free theme. I googled the problem and found a topic from this site that really didnt explain why it occurred, not even Nintendo's own website had an explanation.

This seems to happen if you install themes using a CIA file. Deleting the Theme Management data from System Settings should fix it.
