Hacking Error Code 002-0102, Have I been banned?

I have no idea about this online header talk, I just download the roms and play em lol. And It's not online play for games only, I went onto friend list and I get the same error there.

It are the 3dz roms that requires playing online.
So a backup of your cartridge.

LOL I just got the same error code.
Deleted my internet settings, restarted and it started working.

I did say in my first post nintendo gives bullcrap errors sometimes.

"no wifi in range" - when you are sitting next to the router...
"no internet connectioN" - when you are just browsing and trying to find out the error code...
a lot of shit error codes

Thanks for clearing that up, atleast we know it isn't a system firmware ban, regardless I'll take a 4GB header from one of my existing games and use that

It happened before I updated to 9.5, but it seems im not alone. I have since downloaded pokemon bank, I don't know why though as it says i have no pokemon save file. Ironic as playing pokemon seems to be the reason this has happened.

I wonder if those who used their own headers are going to have any issues. I would think not since ONLY one system is using it but you never know.

All I can say is that I use a public header for the Pokemon games and I can go online with them just fine. So I really don't know what might be causing this.

I used a japanese header for Smash Bros not long ago and I go online without problems.

I wonder if those who used their own headers are going to have any issues. I would think not since ONLY one system is using it but you never know.

EDIT - nvm someone already said they use their own game dump headers and is having issues.

My emunand is on 9.3/9.4, and I was able to go online and use GTS.

I'm playing OR with my Y header, so it's technically "unique", as there definitely won't be two users with my header at the same time.

what if you backup your emunand then format your emunand reset it to be the same as your sysnand if it does not work just restore back

It absolutely happened to me on 9.4, Like I say It's the only reason I updated to 9.5 hoping the "cannot access online services" message would go away once I updated but it didn't. It seems to have happened to the others on 9.5 though.

Just did an online battle on OR on the latest emunand. The file is in cia format and everything works fine. I have a PAL console and it's registered in the UK.

All the present reports are red cart users, not cia users right?

So far yes. I wonder if Nintendo can't do anything about CIA users yet.

+1 for that. That's the reason i have a 3DS XL that's legit and another one that's downgraded for Gateway usage.

maybe because cia doesn't use headers.
Or it doesn't use a cart that is partially detectable to be different.

In any case, this would hint that they aren't detecting emunand, but rather the red card.

If its red card detection, sky3ds and mt card may be in trouble soon.

I think everyone is talking about gateway stuff but I'm using sky3ds and it has happened to me.
