Did you downgrade your 3ds to 4.5.0 since using GW v3 ultra?

My original sysnand is 4.5 I was on 3.03, I only upgraded to 3.04 as i was already banned and was hoping it may fix it, which it didn't.

Ok but what I meant was when Gateway released v3.0.0 Ultra was your 3ds originally on a higher Firmware like 9.2x and you used v3.0.0 to downgrade to 4.5.0? or was your systemnand always on 4.5.0, no downgrade needed?

No it was always on 4.5

1. OP was banned on 9.4, so I don't think it matters if you update.

2. Go to your friends list, if it gives you the error, you're banned.

The only games I were playing online were OR & AS. The headers were AGGE and BALE, not sure what game they're from but they're public. I weren't using any hacks whatsoever. I was downloading the serial code pokemon on both roms, not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Devs have said that it's detectable and blockable. Nintendo may be having a hard time doing that, so banning might be their response.

No one here is saying its the right way to use private headers instead of public. Why do you think in the form has the question on whether people used private or public? We're trying to break it down, GW or sky3ds, private or public, what version firmware. Trying to keep shit organize and you're here trying to debunk what we're doing.

I never disagreed with what you were saying or tried to debunk anything, keep your bickering out of this. I was pitching a few ideas about how Nintendo can detect mismatched headers. You're over here bugging out about a few posts, just chill out and let people have their own ideas.

well i tested my 3 consoles( 3dsLL x2....New3dsLL x1)...I added a friend via online FC, and i can add my friend in the 3 consoles, that means im not banned thanks

Looks like maybe they're targeting the headers on the Sky template. Private headers are looking really good right now. CIA files are still sexy, but probably not as safe as using a private header as a condom. But it seems at this point it's not worth the risk to do it raw with the public headers, lest a mistake (ban) happens. Wonder if using a .3dz (or even 3ds) of a different region is still safe.
