Homebrew Error 002-0102 Help

I'm f-cked up right? This is a permaban right?

How do I get around this error?

I was so stupid to go online on Pokemon Moon prior the official launch date.

Dozens of people are reporting this, so it seems like a major pokemon ban wave is in effect. Probably should be front-paged.

I don't know if it's perm or not.

All signs point to a perma ban. Apparently it's a 2812 in disguise so there's no workaround in sight. Keep your eyes peeled for any new information.

Thanks, guys. Thankfully I have a non-pirated 3DS. Theoretically, I can still trade over my genned Pokemon from my banned 3DS to my unbanned one via Link Trade, no? And use other services such as Link Battles and whatnot.

I kinda feel nervous now :vv ive been online Pokemon Sun a few times, but nothing as of yet.. I guess I won't go online till the 23rd (Europe release), if I went online 18th onwards (before 23rd) would I be inclined to a ban do you think?

The first time you receive this error, you're banned for 15 days.

On one hand I didn't expect bans to be handed out so close to release day, it just proves they're not messing around. On the other hand, facepalm, why go online? That's like watching a bootlegged copy of a movie on your phone in front of the production company's studio entrance. Seriously, it's not necessary, especially when it's a bit of a barren wasteland I take it. I'm curious though if formatting works, thinking it's an NNID ban and simply linking a new NNID would solve the issue.

No this wont work. It's not a NNID ban, you can still use your NNID in a wiiu if you have one.

Yes but afaik this ban is for the game. There is another ban for the eshop (022-2812).

Not only for this game, also for other games. Read the URL, it's about gateway, but also counts for pirating early copies etc.
