No, a9lh won't boot without a arm9loaderhax.bin file on SD card, so without a SD card the screen stays black and you can't use the 3dsYou can take out your sd card and sell you 3ds like new without any prior process
Just reinject back with Decrypt9 a sysNand backup dumped before the installation of a9lh.No, a9lh won't boot without a arm9loaderhax.bin file on SD card, so without a SD card the screen stays black and you can't use the 3ds
I know, but then it's not a advantage of a9lh to not have to reflash anything like the guy said.Just reinject back with Decrypt9 a sysNand backup dumped before the installation of a9lh.
That's a terrible way to think about things lol.Emunand, because it works. If it ain't broke, no need to fix it.
It's not difficult. Just backup your sysNAND and emuNAND, rename emuNAND to NAND.bin and rerun the arm9loaderhax.3dsxEmunand because I couldn't be arsed to transfer my way too many games installed
I was talking about using emunand without a9lhNo, a9lh won't boot without a arm9loaderhax.bin file on SD card, so without a SD card the screen stays black and you can't use the 3ds
Well...Yes, it isn't an advantageI know, but then it's not a advantage of a9lh to not have to reflash anything like the guy said.
Yes, but if the NATIVE_FIRM is updated while you are on emuNand you are always able to reinject an emuNand backup with decrypt9 in 5-10 minutes and continue to play (only offline) with your cias. If the same thing happens while you are on sysNand, you have to wait until a new exploit will be found (months-if not years). That's a terrible way to think about things lol.
Our planet would be in a terrible condition if more people thought like that.
Anyways, I say sysNAND. People here are stating sysNAND's useless, well the same thing can be stated the other way around. EmuNAND's kinda of useless now.
People telling you about Nintendo ever breaking your 3DS, not possible. Certain CFWs block FIRM1/FIRM0, so an update will never be able to touch it.
"But what about when NATIVE_FIRM gets updated?" You'll get the same result as if you were running emuNAND. Your NAND will not boot until CFW devs update it to work with the latest FIRM. If you're feeling impatient, flash an older NAND backup, almost the same way you'd do on emuNAND.
People need to learn not being so scared, lol. Touching your sysNAND's not gonna kill it.
Not really, that's just false information.Well...Yes, it isn't an advantage
Yes, but if the NATIE_FIRM is updated while you are on emuNand you are always able to reinject an emuNand backup with decrypt9 in 5-10 minutes and continue to play (only offline) with your cias. but if a9lh is patched from the sysNand update, how can you launch decrypt9?Not really, that's just false information.
You can boot into Decrypt9 with A9LH and flash a NAND backup, the same way you'd do it on emuNAND, 5-10 minutes.
Read my edit, A9LH can't be patched.but if a9lh is patched from the sysNand update, how can you launch decrypt9?
You can't when you turn on your 3ds and you can't even through the emuNand.
I'm using AuReiNand as CFW and I know what you are referring to...but what if, someday, Nintendo find a way to overpass the protection of overwriting the NATIVE_FIRM with an update?Read my edit, A9LH can't be patched.
Don't update?I'm using AuReiNand as CFW and I know what you are referring to...but what if, someday, Nintendo find a way to overpass the protection of overwriting the NATIVE_FIRM with an update?
