Hacking Emunand problem, please help

I accidentally lost my sd card which I created a emunand on, and now I did a cleanup in the sxos boot meun and created a new emunand. Is it still safe to go online with OFW? How to check if my sysnand still clean? btw, I hacked my switch with SX Core, and did run xci games and nro hbs before I lost my old sd card.

If you never booted using CFW on your sysnand. It should be clean.
