Hacking Emunand folders

Hi, I'm trying to store my eShop / VC etc.. in their own folders for navigation ease and also neatness.

Though for some reason it refuses to be persistent. Do I have to do that in SysNand or am I missing something?

You have to unlink your sysNAND and emuNAND by formatting sysNAND with your SD card removed.

I got my emunand stuff to stay in the folders by making the folders in sysNAND and then organizing in emuNAND. Doesn't seem to be a problem.
