Hacking Emulating wii nand & mighty channels

Hey again guys ive been looking around on the forum and i was wondering how annoying is the process from start to finish of emulating nand etc to play wiiware/virtual console off an external hard drive

i was wondering if its something straight forward like using modmii to hack the wii or if its just easier if i bought a 16gig SD card and used wadder then move to SD

i was thinking the SD would be more handy for emulators and not having to reformat my HDD to fat 32 but happy to do it if its an easy process and will save me $30 or so

you should check out ModMii's Sneek+emulated-nand builder, "S" from the main menu
