Hacking Question Emmc module broke during formatting

Well I installed an Sx core on an Arista V1 Switch.
When trying to perform the NAND backup procedure when it reaches 20%, it accused the error 00fffd4e by the Sx OS System, however the backup of boot0, boot1, was done successfully.
In several attempts, I managed to backup the sys partition of that same Switch, but when trying to backup the user in 12% it gave the same error.
I swapped and tried several microSD cards in both Fat32 and Exfat.
I changed the microSD module, I changed the modchip and the problem continued.
I even tested the backup by Hekate itself using SX OS (Options> payloads) and the errors appeared in the same place, in the case of Hekate the error was 00BEE000.
A few moments ago I tried to format the system, after about 2 hours in about 39% the Switch system gives the error 2002-3537 and when pressing the power button, the switch does not return to life.
The Sx core flashes blue and then a light blue tint, which means that the emmc module has not been found.

I need more information on how to proceed.
I have already tested inject in another emmc module the backup that I have, but without success, when trying to start the system or perform a hardreset the switch presents me with an error 2002-4686.

Is there a tool or something I can do like 3ds?
I speak of the Ctrnand process.

So you were able to at least start the nand backup previously but now NS wouldn’t even load pass green led?

How good are your solder points? I have seen issue where people didn’t press flex ribbon when solder. It cause ribbon pull up caps very slightly as solder melted. Especially if you use a fat tip or leave it in contact more than 1~2 seconds at time. Although it looks like a good contact, caps only making intermittent contact to the pcb underneath.

How are the connection from the emmc to the modchip, and the moddchip to the motherboard emmc connector? There's a good chance these may not be seated correctly, but also a chance that once of these connectors are broken.

they are functional, I tested another emmc at least the other emmc and the modchip are good, I don't know the original emmc, but I believe it is good, since during formatting, the console was not touched.

The connector on the switch motherboard is usually where the problems lie.
Your solder points are fine, although usually that would cause issues with booting, not emmc.

Are you doing a full nand backup or just the system partition?

I had this issue, its a faulty SD card, mine errored with the same escape code using a kingstone 128GB but worked flawlessly with a Samsung EVO 256GB.

Try another SD.

I didn't even think of that as I've used the cheapest and slowest cards around and never had issues with backing up anything.
