ROM Hack Question Edizon & checkpoint issues

Hi guys, sorry if this is in the wrong place, new to the gbatemp scene.
so i had a couple issues and had to reformat my sd and reinstall atmosphere, when i reinstalled edizon and checkpoint, both the apps show all the old games i had installed and wont show any new games i install, any is there a refresh function in either app?

Play the new games first if you haven't yet so that a save file is created for either save managers to see.
