Hacking Editing Wii Ocarina cheat codes. (USBLOADER)

Quick question, I use USBLOADER's interface to download codelists automatically for Wii games, but some codes seem to need editing to get to work properly, has values to add and what not. My question is... how do I do that? is there a homebrew ap that does it or is there something obvious I am missing?

cheat manager 0.3 is what I always use.
