Hacking Edit the R4 Menu

The R4 file menu looks something like:

Can someone change the file selection screen to something like the DSTT menu:

I think the DSTT menu looks better and easier to find the game you want.

Impossible. If you want the R4 menu to look like the DSTT's one, go buy a DSTT.
