this is a result of having linked sysnand and emunand.

I did it, i unlinked the nands but, the last step says Don't forget to go to Data Management in Sysnand to let the 3DS "repair" your software management information!. And when i go there, the 3ds says that "repair" will delete all my programs and save files, should i proceed??

I'm pretty sure that's not something you do on emunand. I don't really know...

Is here, on How to unlink nands: in EmuNAND Information

The folder with the smallest size belongs to your sysnand, since you just formatted it. Grab the database zip again and put the title.db and import.db in YourSysnandFolder/RandomNumbersAndLettersFolder/dbs, just like you did in Part 1: Line 1 & 2! Don't forget to go to Data Management in Sysnand to let the 3DS "repair" your software management information!

If i press accept and "repair", it says all mi programs will be deleted and same for the save data. but i can´t do that, cause then i lost OO3DHax and will be with no entrypoints to go to de emunand!

Take my comment with a grain of salt and don't trust this at all, but....
I thought unlinking nands was as easy as taking out your SD and formatting your 3DS.
At least that worked for me eons ago.

Yes, I see the problem, I never used anything.db, because I used newBrowserHax (aka sliderhax) and menuhax.
You have an O3DS at 9.2, for the sake of whatever you hold sacred, please use menuhax.
Your life will be easier.

PS: For your convenience https://gbatemp.net/threads/rxtools...rom-browserhax-homemenuhax-to-rxtools.398420/

PS2: Also, you will not be able to see anything on your 3DS sysnand because you just formatted it, and that is the way it should be.
Just go into emunand, and everything will be there.
