Homebrew Easy Game Engine For 3DS (CFW)

Is there a game engine where is can create 3ds games very easily because I am bad at complex coding. I need something more basic than SmileBASIC. I would want something like game maker. (I can't get freaking DS game maker to work so I gave up on that method)

I dunno man, you could use the Lutro core in RetroArch, but then you'd have to code in Lua, and that's no fun.
