My ez flash Jr just wiped all my saved what happened?

It was a SanDisk what do u mean by cluster lost?

You need to use a file repair tool such as scandisk or chkdsk to check and repair your SD card, which may have corrupted or missing file clusters.

i change the sd card with a sandisk 16gb now it saves but after a little while it won't load the saves i know its save because the file is this and its not 0kb

Be very prudent where you source your SD cards. I for instance always use mymemory.co.uk and always buy decent brand ones e.g. SanDisk. eBay and Amazon third party sellers are overrun with fakes of substandard quality. To give you an expectation of quality, I have a security camera that records video based on motion, and typically a card will last for 2-3 years of constantly being written to before it fails.
