Hacking Easier way to dump private header?

Ok so I know theres the Gateway private header for those on 9.2 and lower, and then theres the pain in the ass way for everyone else using Powersaves.

But the Private header is stored on the save files too isnt it? I read that that was how you made sure the header was applied to your ROMS was to check the first 16bytes of data in the save file.

So in theory wouldn't it be 1000% easier to just dump your save file?
 
It doesn't work like that.
savegames are encrypted using the gamecard Unique ID (this is the important part of the header for playing online)

See if anyone you know is a GW user, have them dump one of your games
or
mail game to someone (buy a game for someone)
or
buy a header?

The powersaves thing was really a proof of concept, and too expensive to be used practically (So, it's useful for people who already own the device)
