Hacking Duplicating emuNand game transfer to sysNand?

If i am not mistaken it is possible to transfer game from a emuNand to a sysNand.
If someone do a game transfer from a emuNand to a sysNandSo.
Can that person repeat the process with a emuNand backup?

you can copy the backup back to the emuNAND partition and then have the games on both consoles, you can not transfer them from emuNAND yet to another 3DS infinite times, if that is what you are asking
the legitimate tickets for those games got transferred to the sysNAND 3DS, so when you go to eshop or system transfer on the emuNAND 3DS, it checks the tickets and deletes them on your emuNAND 3DS
so no, no infinite game duplicating glitch
however, you can have the games on 2 3DS systems this way, but you will have to stay off the eshop on the gateway one
