ROM Hack Dumping save from Gbc vc?

Made a vc for polished crystal and was wondering if I could dump the save and pull it on my computer and start using it on a emulator on my pc and if so how?

    I remember a game a while back that was similar to this, you went around the board but in order to advance you had to act, whistle, hum, charade, draw, etc. various movies, songs, etc.
