    How do I transfer save files from my commercial DS carts to the pc? If it matters, I have a CycloDS and EZ Flash 3-in-1...

    I believe there is a tool by rudolph that backs up your saves using the 3in1.

    Try a search on "save backup tool".

    Sorry to be vague but I think you might get some hits.

    i believe it is called 3in1 NDS backup tool to be exact.

    Is there a backup tool that uses slot 1 and doesnt need wifi?

    No there isn't. The slot-2 is required because the method uses hotswap and the data needs to be stored someone.
