ROM Hack Dumping/Restoring HG/SS?

The reason I'm asking is that I need a couple of TMs in my game and, since I don't have a 2nd DS or have the time to sit in the Game Corner and play that stupid card game until I get 10k coins, I feel that PokeSAV is my only option.

No smart asses please. All I'm asking for is a homebrew that can dump/restore a Soul Silver save file from/to the original cart.

Well, I also want to put the save back into the original cart after I'm done editing it, but I guess that's asking a bit to much.

Since this thread will be locked soonish, I'll post here the fact that I was wondering if the crashing and freezing might be related to IR ports, or the lack thereof on flash carts..?

Well, do you have a flashcart? Because you could you NitroHax or something to cheat.

If you have a flashcart you can use nitrohax to use AR cheats with a legit game

No homebrew is currnetly able to dump or restore the saves from Hg/Ss. You need the NDS Backup Adapter Plus to do this.

Well, do you have a flashcart? Because you could you NitroHax or something to cheat.

Do you mean the NDS Backup Adapter, or the hombrew tool app? The homebrew can't do it for the new Pokmeon cartridges; their design is slightly different or something, so it can't find the save data.

The Backup Adapter can do it, though. Go and buy one if you want to dump the save that badly.

pokesav is a wonderful thing. One DS, one flash cart, amazing software to help me organize it.

I was able to take ALL of my pokemon and put it into one box, save the box, load the box onto HGSS, vila, all pokemon are there. I don't get the dex entires but I'm not worried about that so early in the game.
