Just wanted to document this here in case anyone else is having the same problem.
A few times while dumping games I'd run into a problem where the game seemed to dump waaaay to quickly. So I watched what was going on and it wasn't dumping CUSAXXXXX, it was dumping NPXS39041. A reboot would fix the problem each time. I finally looked into what was going on. It was dumping the Homebrew Store. If you have a similar problem, just make sure all other apps are closed (options button > Close Application).
