I have just dumped a 4GB game for myself to use a 4GB header for my own use. I have dumped the game via GW 2.2 but it comes in 2 files, 3DO & 3D1, when I load Rom Patcher up the roms do not show when Load Rom also which rom do I extract the 4GB header from seen as though there are 2x 2GB files? Thanks.

It doesn't, formatting to exfat will do nothing since the 3ds won't read it.

Its OK I think I have sorted it I have found the GW rom sorter tool and it converts to a .3ds file so I think I can work it now.

Thanks you can shut this thread now I used GW rom sorter merged the 2 together and got the header. Great now I have my own personal 4GB header so I feel better now going online and its a euro header to boot.

not the 3ds itself, but gateway supported it as soon as it supported multirom :)

I was going to offer this .bat file. Lets say you have AMKE.3D0 and AMKE.3D1. Put the file in the same place as the files (somewhere that supports 4+GB files). When it prompts for the name type in "AMKE" and it will give you a merged AMKE.3DS file. This bat supports up to 32GB 3ds ROMs.

I saw that. As I was writing it you solved it. I still decided to share so I didn't write it for something other than personal use. What's strange about it?
