Is there a hardware solution to dump games to the PC? Like a usb/cart adapter or something?

If so please provide links.

Im informing the OP that the method to use is the gateway . You had already informed him that otherwise you cant. i didnt feel the need to re iterate your reply , but to give the OP a method. ergo Gateway. You could have done likewise im sure..

Dump game with Gateway menu, use one of the two homebrew FTP server apps to copy to PC. It will be slow but the closest you'll get, I'm afraid.

I wonder if it can be the same thing as the NAND mod.
Just connect a few pins to an SD card adapter and just raw read the card.. (and maybe write too?)
Easier said then done probably, I also don't know what pins are used for what, if theres more then 2 data lanes, power etc, and this all might make an SD card adapter not even fit properly.., Just speculation
