Hacking Dump CAT-I kiosk disc?

Hey, so I've acquired a CAT-R / cat-I kiosk disc from eBay and from my understanding I can't dump it on a retail console.
Is there any Dev console Payloads that load HBL so I can load it up on my CAT-R unit to dump the image and decrypt with the Dev common key?

Have you tried dumping it with wudump?

Well doesn't that need HBL? I mean I can load it now so I can give it a try when I get home
