Hacking Dumb question: unofficial joycon with atmosphère?

Hello every one
Just wanted to know:using unofficial joycon has no specific effect on a modded switch with an emunand?
I mean, I use a jig to use the rcm mode and launch payloads, using a non official joycon does not affect the utilisation of the jig, I will still be able to launch payloads and use the jig evenu if I use unofficial joycon right?

Your not injecting payloads into the joy-cons

Yeah I know but i ask the question because the jig enters where the joycon is
I ask the question just to be sure that i can use my jig even after using an unofficial joycon (silly question may be but I prefer asking than losing the ability to send payloads)

Yes there is no reason the jig wouldn't work after using a 3rd party joycon. You can use it no problem.
