I've determined that the problem is the SD Card reader. Whenever I play for about 5 minutes or so or go into the Supercard In-Game menu, everything freezes up. I've been able to use the SD Card in my brothers Supercard, but his SD still froze on mine. Also sometimes the supercard will run but the data will appear to look super corrupted, and removing and re-inserting the SD fixes this. So it's certainly a problem with that SD Reader, does anyone have any ideas of how to fix it? I've tried that paper method to get the SD to stay in place better, but that didn't work. I also tried cleaning it out to the best of my abilities. Any help is much appreciated.

Are you talking about the actual Supercard or the card reader that comes with it? Sorry, your post confused me a bit. If it's the latter, you should just try a different reader.

Just wanted to add a note< I alsso have been haviong a freezing issue, however, I have tried alternate SDHC cards, althernate RoMS even alternate DStwo cards (I own several) they freeze upon auto save after several minutes of play in many games which auto save. By replacing with new rom it has corrected the issue but exactly why would they all become corrupted? This may not be the same issue as others, since I have not noticed it only in CATSFC or NDSGBA but have noticed it there also... Mine did not happen upon menu use though..

Mine reeks of corrupted files of some sort though I cant imagine how, as I manage them carefully to back up saves and maintain the cards files regularly.

You can buy it at any length @homedepot wire cutting area cheaper than buying preformed cable, but you have to put on your own ends/ connectors.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I still like DTV but the wire wasn't long enough to reach the window still pick up 40 channels

Yea me too, esp for local news, sports, or channel surfing. I get like 60 channels but there's like 15 shopping networks, and bunch other bs, religion, Hispanic, etc. I went thru and blocked most those on tv channel settings.
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
There is 1 Hispanic channel I kept, sometimes they have soap operas on it, w scandalous clothed hotties, I just beat mute it.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Ah yes the Juan channel order 15 pairs of feet
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I got this antenna but the damn thing has usb power right next to the coax plug and you can't actually extend it without usb extension the Pic makes the cable look longer than it actually is https://a.co/d/501IQf2
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Use a old phone/ USB charger block thing, plug into wall instead of tv usb. Use cheap extension cord if need.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
You still need usb extension because coax end cord is the same length
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Oh I thought you were gonna extend the coxial cable with another 10 footer
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
I am but you need both to make it work
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
    I meant like this.

  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
You don't have to use the tv usb, any USB 5v will power it. USB extention cables are not cheap either, so this would be cheaper way.
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
The coax to the tv is at the same port as the power
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
All soldered into the pcb so you can't just unscrew it
  • BigOnYa @ BigOnYa:
Use a cable coupler to extend it from there.

  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yeah but you have to have extension to usb also it's the same length basically
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
They're both on the same end
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
Yes that's the goal but it still may not fit the wall plug from the window
  • K3Nv3 @ K3Nv3:
    They're cheap anyway a 10ft usb cable is $5

Your tv may also even have an option to turn off USB power when tv off, will save a little money on power.

Maybe it's just because it's two in the morning, but watching a conversation about TV power source logistics using google images and a paint app is fucking hilarious
