Hacking DSTT with M3 GBA Expansion?

Hey, we have an extra GBA Expansion cause of the damn site canceling our order, then re-accepting it at the last minute. I was wondering if it was possible running it on my brothers DSTT? If so, what homebrew/FW would he have to use to access it? Thanks.
