ROM Hack dsiware crash on 3ds

Every time I open DSIWare in Data Management on 3ds, it crashes. I have tried multiple fixes and still has not worked. I have already reset this 3ds and the error still occurs (arm11). Please help! (It didn't occur at first when I had reset it)

Sadly that won't work either. I am also having arm11 crashes not in it, but that happens rarely. Do you think uninstalling twlm would fix it?

That may have have worked a little, it lets me go to the menu now but on the second screen it crashes. It might be an app I download

Same error occurs when you get the SD card off from the console? Try it, please

I fixed it, there was this DSI WARE App I had installed that was causing the issue.
