Hacking DSision2 + Hardware combinations = Works/Don't Work???

I did start the same thing @ This thread but for some reason it got 'Locked' (& I don't know how to get it unlocked) so I'm repeating the same thread again.
Hopefully this will help Spinal & Co (the developers) determine where any problems lie

Please note that this is for ALL combinations of Flash cards/DS's/Memory card (not just SDHC) and firmware

All that is wanted in this thread is the following info (Text Formatting is not essential - just makes it clearer IMHO)
