Hacking DSi

so im thinking of trading in my ds lite to get the new dsi, but rumor has it my dstt wont work properly with the new ds and i would have to get a new one. is this a true fact? and if i do have to get a new flashcard, which one has been proven to work with the DSi?

seems you missed the news when the DSi was released in Japan. You have to get a new flashcard, an AK2i, EZ Vi, or DSTTi. There is an R4i but it's just clone crap. I suggest you go with the AK2i, you can use AKAIO on it. But I've heard there are some problems with pin alignment. So go with whatever you want.

i reccomend u get ak2i and try and c if akaio works...if not there is a new ak2loader here and u can download it.....if that doesnt work then try the official firmware 4.16 form ace kard website

I'll get the EZ Flash Vi just in case the DSi update blocks the flashcarts. I heard it has updatable loader, or so I mistook it. I like ACekard 2, too. not sure about the 'i' version

ds lite was a horrible idea who care if its slimmer and brighter
dsi is a much better upgrade than that
