Hardware DSi XL help to define element U11

Hello, i have a DSi XL and even when turned off battery is drain. I open the consol and spot that element names U11 is hot even consol is turn off. I presume that this element is damage/shortet but
I can't find what is that element is. On forum i finde topic is that chip i probably IC charging chip but not specific. Please help define this element.

I think it reads 949 335A

Thank you for such quick replay. In my DSi XL this part is name "20050 9491" but when i search google or shops like aliexpress.It does not find such elements. Maybe someone has datasheet of this element or now available equivalent
