My DSi is broken and I don't know how to fix it... And I'm also not good with words so..
I dropped my DSi ONCE and just a feet above the ground... sigh

Now the power button doesn't do anything, I tried pressing it as hard as I can but still won't turn on.
I even tried pressing it for like 15 sec to 1 min but still nothing.

I even tried opening the system to see whats off, but once I see the wires and components... I have no idea what to do >.<

And warranty is over. Does anyone know the ins and outs of the DSi?... How to fix it?.. Anything?...
Please help me, I don't want to have to buy another just because it fell 1 foot of the ground which is darn stupid and defective.

Sorry, can't help you here.
You can still try and contact Nintendo. In my experience they have good customer support even if your warranty is done. Seeing as this has nothing to do with flash carts, I'm sure they'll help.
Good luck

But my country is far from any Nintendo services... So I don't think I can contact Nintendo.. Can I??

You are probably going to have to call Nintendo. Even if there isn't an Office or what not near you that doesn't mean you shouldn't give them a call and ask their technical support staff about your DSi malfunctions.

Though I don't think a 1 foot drop should ruin your DSi like that. . . my DS phat has taken beating far worse and still keeps trucking.

Is it possible that your battery is dead?

Edit: USA customer support website

1 foot drop, yeah. I don't believe it myself. I mean It's Nintendo, the best of the best. But the thing just happened.
And no... not my battery
Its turns on randomly from time to time...but when it turns on it won't turn off >.<

And yeah... DS phat is the best... Still with me, even in such battered state
I think I'll just send them an e-mail.

Sounds like your power button took a powerful blow.

All jokes aside, I'm pretty sure the contacts between the power button and the motherboard are messed up. If you have any experience taking a DS apart, or if you are willing to, try and look if that's the problem.

If it isn't, I have no clue why this is happening and you should then definitely call Ninty's customer support.

Seems like my DSi fell off the wrong side of the bed >.>

I opened it up and I see nothing out of the ordinary (not that I know what it was like) but yeah I touched here and there while holding the battery in place and managed to power on. But it happens randomly so I have absolutely no idea what the problem is..

Tried nibbling the wires and connectors and such but still nothing. I emailed nintendo and they replied and they asked me the serial and where I purchased it. Good to know they're trying to help.

EDIT: As things aren't bad enough... My DS Lite hinge just cracked... That really made my day
So the only DS I have now is phatty... ;_;
I'm definitely not buying 3DS revisions >_>
