Since you are in the Philippines, have you checked prices with Nintendo first? There was another post about poor battery life from Chinese clone manufacturers out here recently, but of course you can buy almost anything online. The problem is getting the right one with decent battery life...

I have not come across a proper third-party battery that has been reported to give battery life like Nintendo's own, but perhaps I have not been looking hard enough.
