Hacking DSi Questions

Hi guys, just want to ask a couple of things about the DSi..

1) Is there a way to use any image file that was not taken by the DSi camera as your wallpaper on the topscreen? if yes, then how?

2) Does the Acekard2i's brightness setting really takes any effect on the DSi? Because i cycled through the brightness levels in the Acekard2i system options and the brightness doesn't change after i press ok.. Is it because the DSi has 5 levels of brightness?

I can answer the second one. The DSi has built-in brightness adjustment, just hold Select and use the volume up/down buttons.

And as far as I know, the DSi will ignore any photos not taken by its own camera.

thanks pazuzu.. it seems to be that way.. i also noticed that the photos in the DSi's internal memory are the ones that can only be set as a wallpaper.. i tried setting the images in the SD card but the chosen image doesn't show up.. i may be wrong though..
