tell me is there a dsi homebrew channel? if so, were can i download it (i know that it emulates ds) and can i download it through the dsi?

Yes. All you have to do is this.

1.

^Save this image to your SD Card, in the Dsi's image folder. (Right-Click save as.)(Folder should be DCIM)

2. Stick your SD card into your Dsi.

3.Go to the Dsi Camera Channel.

4.Look for the image.

5.Restart if image is corrupt, or not showing up.

It's just like ChickHEN for the PSP, but no homebrew has been made. Yet.

EDIT: Darn. I forgot what color/Dsi do you have? It doesn't work on all of them.
