DSI doesnt turn on after removing sd card

When I reinsert the SD card the console does turn on.

With the SD removed and the console off, press POWER and then hold both A+B to bring up the Unlaunch menu.

I did that but theres nothing on the unlaunch menu.

Sounds like there's some issue with the SD slot then.

And then after my sd card stopped working the unlaunch menu doesnt even appear
